ASSOCIATE DEGREE AND UNDERGRADUATE APPLICATIONS
Dear Applicants,
Applications for associate degree and undergraduate programs for international students have started.
Applications must be submitted through yos.karabuk.edu.tr.

REGISTRATION OF APPLICANTS WHO HAVE RECEIVED ADMISSION AND HAVE LEGALLY ENTERED TÜRKİYE / HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT OF RESIDENCE IN TÜRKİYE MAY BE COMPLETED AS OF JULY 1.
- Students who are required to attend TÖMER and complete their registration may begin their education at TÖMER.
- English preparatory education will begin in September.
In accordance with the decision of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), the registration period for associate degree and undergraduate programs is limited to July 1 – November 30.
Students of our university applying for a department transfer must upload the required documents to the system and present the originals during registration. Applicants applying under this category must select the department transfer option during the application process.
Applications for department transfers will be accepted through yos.karabuk.edu.tr between June 17 and June 30, 2026.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Applications submitted by candidates who completed their high school education in Türkiye will be deemed invalid. Even if these candidates receive admission, their admission letters will be considered invalid. In accordance with legal regulations, these candidates are not eligible for registration.
• If multiple accounts are created for the same applicant in the application system, or if an applicant submits applications to more than one department, any admission granted to such applicants will be considered invalid.
• All payments related to admission and registration procedures must be made through the online application system. Bank transfers (EFT/wire transfers) will not be accepted.
• To make corrections to the information or documents uploaded to the application system, applicants must submit an update request through the system.
• Applicants must follow their application results through the online application system (yos.karabuk.edu.tr), and admission letters will be issued through the system.
• The admission letter specifies the registration period during which applicants may complete their registration. Applicants who are unable to register within the specified period may extend their final registration deadline until November 30, 2026, by paying the fee for one level of the TÖMER language course (TRY 10,000) through the system. Paid fees are non-refundable.
• Applicants found to have submitted false information or fraudulent documents will not be registered, even if they have received admission; if already registered, their registration will be cancelled.
